Canister Constellation

We are learning about constellations.A constellation is something that helps navigators navigate through oceans. We were using film canisters to see what a few constellations looked like. I know I have learnt this when I have used a film canister to see what a constellation looks like. My constellation is Sagittarius and this is a picture of my constellation.

Preserving

In Room 5 for social studies we have been learning  how Maori people preserved food. In our group we learnt about how they preserved Kumara. I know I have learnt this when I have  made a presentation how they preserved Kumara. This is a presenttation of How they preserve Kumara.
We also made our own model of what they used to preserve Kumara.

Prayer For The People In Purgatory

We are learning to make a prayer for the people undergoing purgatory. I know I have learnt this when I have made a prayer for the people in purgatory.

Dear Forgiving God,

Thank you for the people that have gone into purgatory.

Please forgive the actions that the people in purgatory have done on earth and please help them to be their best self in Heaven.

Please help the people in Purgatory to get into Heaven and not turn away from you.

We promise to follow you and become holy people like the Saints.
